Weather there,

Hello again!

The weather in Melbourne was so nice throughout my whole stay I sincerely enjoyed every single second of being there! Last week just by itself, we had rain, hail, crazy winds, temperature under 10 degrees, and 2 really sunny days so far. With all the heat I've been enduring in Jakarta I completely appreciate and enjoy the crazy shifts of weather there in Melbourne. Maybe it's just me or maybe it's the city's charming vibe but it has been so long since I've felt this close to feeling like myself again. Two weeks there was definitely too quick but I got to meet up with my friends and roam the city streets again, and that's something that I appreciate the most. Anyhow, I'm back in Jakarta now and I am pumped to start anew!

The three things that I always bring with me everywhere would be: my leather jacket, this skort, and these see-through heels. Currently very obsessed with leather and anything patent, anyone that knows a good local brand that sells leather please let me know!

Wearing a black vintage pullover, Cloth inc skort, Neon Hart moto leather jacket, H&M's tiny black sling bag (the best bag in the world right now), and Jeffrey Campbell's Soiree see-through heels.

I am currently on a holiday trip to my one and only love, Melbourne and I can't help but feel grateful yet conflicted by the fact that: I am back here. I want to stay and I want to be here. I wish everything is as easy as it seems but the truth is, nothing is ever easy.

On a brighter note, Indonesian-based brand Ramune was kind enough to send me one of their lightweight shirts from their newest collection to try on and this was just the perfect shirt to wear on a nice breezy morning. Ramune designs and manufacture their own clothing line, you can see their complete collection here at or visit their instagram account at @ramuneshop. Thank you, Ramune!

Wearing black leather training shorts from Zara, flats from Charles & Keith and a vintage lightweight coat.

H&M Grand Opening

procrastinate |prəˈkrastəˌnātprō-|verb [ no obj. ]delay or postpone action; put off doing something
I know you all must've assumed I've been procrastinating all this time and yes, there is a little truth to that but not the whole truth.
On the 3rd of October I attended one of the hottest opening events of the year and yes, it's H&M's VIP night. I've been counting down the days to their opening here in Jakarta and so when I got the invite for the event, I was beyond ecstatic to join this celebration of another mega-brand entering Indonesia's proximity. I remember the first time seeing a H&M store in Hong Kong 3 years back; I ran straight across the busy street without even looking and vigorously snatched a shopping bag from one of the stands. Okay, maybe I exaggerated things a bit too much but when I say H&M is my favourite brand, it really is. I started browsing the newly opened store at 8pm and ended up finishing at midnight, the things I do for new H&M goodies :)
H&M is now open for public (since the 5th) so visit Gandaria City and go wild in Jakarta's first ever H&M store!

Don't shop till' you drop, shop till' the shop closes.
